Terms of Use

Effective September 30, 2026

1. Agreement and operator

These Terms apply to the Woody Racing website and TrackTools services operated by Jonathan Woodall (“we,” “us”). By using the services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use them. You must be able to enter this agreement, or have appropriate parent or guardian permission where allowed. Contact: jw@jonathanwoodall.com.

2. Your account

Provide accurate information, protect your credentials and use only accounts you are authorized to access. You are responsible for activity under your account, subject to rights provided by applicable law. Tell us if you suspect unauthorized access. Some features require an account or an active subscription. Beta and preview features may be incomplete or change.

3. Subscriptions and billing

The purchase screen identifies the current price, billing period, included access and any trial terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled under the purchase platform’s rules. App Store purchases are charged to your Apple account; renewal and cancellation are managed through your Apple subscription settings. Cancel before renewal according to the platform’s stated deadline. Deleting TrackTools or your account does not cancel a subscription. Refund requests for Apple purchases are handled through Apple, subject to its policies and applicable law. For any website purchases, use the cancellation instructions and billing terms shown at checkout. Promotional or complimentary access is subject to the terms communicated when granted.

4. Apple app license

The iOS application is licensed under Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement, unless a different license is expressly supplied in App Store Connect. These Terms govern our website and services and supplement that license without overriding mandatory Apple license terms or your statutory rights.

5. Your content and sharing

You retain ownership of content you submit. You give us permission to store, process, synchronize and display it as needed to operate the services and to implement the sharing choices you make. You must have permission to upload photos, maps, logos, files and other content. Do not upload content that infringes someone else’s rights, exposes another person’s private information, or violates the law. Information you intentionally make public or share may be copied by others.

6. Acceptable use

Do not harass or impersonate others, upload unlawful or malicious content, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, evade access restrictions or misuse other users’ information. Report suspected abuse or rights violations to our contact email. We may restrict content or account access to address abuse, legal requirements or risks to the service.

7. Track information, results and third parties

Schedules, maps, tips, results and registration links may come from third parties and may contain errors or become outdated. Confirm dates, registration, fees, event rules and track access directly with the organizer. Saving an event in TrackTools does not register you for it. External sites and services have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their operation.

8. Motorsport safety

Motorsport involves significant risk. TrackTools is an organizational and informational tool, not a substitute for qualified instruction, mechanical inspection or professional advice. Notes, gearing, setup values and alignment tools are not guarantees of safe or suitable settings. Follow organizer rules and verify changes with a qualified person. Do not interact with the app or website while riding or driving. You remain responsible for your vehicle, equipment and participation decisions.

9. Availability and limitations

We aim to provide useful services, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free information or permanent storage. Keep copies of important information. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without additional warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses from their use. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Ending access and deleting an account

You may stop using the services and request account deletion through an available account control or by emailing us. We may suspend or end access for material violations or when necessary to protect the service or comply with law. Information retention after deletion is described in the Privacy Policy. Cancel subscriptions separately through the purchase platform.

11. Changes, applicable rights and contact

We may update these Terms or the services and will provide notice where required. Material changes to paid offerings remain subject to purchase-platform rules and applicable law. These Terms do not limit mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Questions: jw@jonathanwoodall.com. Read our Privacy Policy for information about data handling.
